Yoko Ono is an artist, a peace activist and the woman who broke the Beatles. Yoku Ono is a ramen bar. Yoku means 'skilfully' in Japanese - a reference to both the chefs and Yoko's talents.

The bar is a collaboration between Harry Curtis, his old school mates Elliot Rothfield and Billy Staughton (of music festival Strawberry Fields), and ramen master Tomoya Kawasaki (owner of Wabi Sabi Salon and Neko Neko).

It's small, like a traditional ramen bar, but also reminiscent of a cosy chalet. The wooden chairs and tables were made by Staughton, who does much of the building work for the festival set-ups.

The hero of the menu is, of course, ramen, made with an eight-hour slow-cooked chicken broth, noodles and a choice of chicken breast, pork belly or spicy pork mince. Lunch offers bento boxes, and at dinner osozai (Japanese tapas) star with options such as panko-teriyaki Wagyu beef, and soft-shell crab tempura with yuzu ponzu (lemon and soy) sauce.

Pair with a matcha tea, or cut to the chase with the rotating selection of sak©, sipped straight or in one of the signature cocktails. The Clockwork Orange is a tangy mix of West Winds gin, Aperol, sak©, lemon juice and passionfruit.
