Yugo is rooted in storytelling. From the food Chef Matthew Butcher dreams up with the culinary team, inspired by this travels around the world and through Japan, to the beverage program complete with a list of storied wines full of personality, sourced from the far reaches of the world and Australia.
Each meal is an experience at Yugo - a story that our passionate staff are excited to share every day.
The menu is a manifestation of a tailored mix of Asian flavours developed with French techniques.
Yugo is designed with the priority of creating a memorable dining experience. Each seat is positioned to guarantee a view of what is to come - this means sight of the open kitchen, which allows visibility into our chef's movements, including dry-aging and grilling, and the specialised drink creation process. We welcome you to sit back and enjoy the show.
