Join us in The Understudy where we take our tried and tested approach to delicious cocktail composition and use it to tackle the lesser known, 'native' spirits from around the world. We take these 'native' spirits and create mixed drinks with an equal part focus on cultural representation, and familiarity. While each spirit and its story are exciting and new, the cocktail you choose will also exhibit some familiarity as we nod to the classic styles we know and love.
