Conceptualised by previous work colleagues and friends, ALT, was designed around the premise of being able to deliver exceptional food with an urban vibe and at a respectable cost.

Artisan pasta with an abundance of smaller, more delicate side dishes, ALT(short of alternative) was created to showcase our culinary arts and passion about Italian cuisine but presented and delivered in the ALT way. Never to try to dictate a change but paint an alternative picture.
