A romantic comedy, it stars Frank Lotito, Holly Valance, George Kapinaris, Maria Venuti, Pia Miller and Jim Russell and is directed by Franco di Chiera. 'I'm thrilled to be teaming up with Matteo, Frank and the rest of the team for what promises to be a fun ride for Australian audiences', says Franco.

Big Mamma's Boy features appearances from Idol winner Natalie Gauci and Italian funny man Joe Avati. Set in Melbourne's Italian-Australian community, Matteo commented, 'I can't wait to bring this family film to the screen. It's been a long time coming to find a script that is both funny and full of heart.'
