Casey Football Academy |
Casey Football Academy is a professional football training Academy that has a specific focus on the development of individual player's technique, skill and tactical awareness.
Casey Football Academy recognises the key demands of development for players aged between 6 to 15 years and therefore conducts technical training programs to maximise the players development during these key learning years.
Our Vision is to develop individual technique, skill and tactical awareness, where players are composed and comfortable on the ball in and around congested areas. All our players are encouraged to take risks and play with no fear. We want to encourage all our players to be creative, innovative and improve all players decision making processes whilst in a fun and learning environment.
Our goal is to provide the best programs, along with fantastic facilities conducive to a professional environment.
We want to make this development program accessible to as many boys and girls who want to improve themselves as footballers
What makes Casey Football Academy different from other programs is that we don't hold trials or grading systems. We believe that every player no matter what their ability should have the same access to such an environment to assist with their development.
At Casey Football Academy, it's about understanding the type of development that players require at certain ages and the types of approach's that will relate to progressing those stages. Casey Football Academy is looking at the window of development where the players are more receptive to skill acquirement. We've got to give the players the technical tools that will allow them to solve a whole variety of problems on the ground. It's all about change in approach and culture of the way we want to develop the next generation of professionals.
