Chloe Vallance: Poet Tree
Poet Tree is a collection of drawings that pause in places of wonder.
Chloe makes intimate drawings on plywood and paper of people moments animals trees and waterways.
Each drawing is made as a response to a long loving look listening to life sing.
Working with colour pencils Chloe is drawn to a space between the branches upon the stones the hum of footsteps the feeling of being here witness to all this beauty this everyday magic.
Chloe's drawings offer a place to dream to wander to reflect to see and to see again to change perspective.
'We are all listening to the river' words handwritten in Chloe's studio spoken by a friend that inspires her heart. Drawing for Chloe is a practice of being moved by the wild possibilities of friendship walking and poet tree.
