Cricket Victoria

Cricket Victoria is the governing body for the sport of cricket in the Australian state of Victoria.

It administers the cricket clubs and registered cricketers in Victoria, and also oversees children involved in school-based competition.

Founded as the Victorian Cricket Association in the 1850s, Cricket Victoria employs more than 300 people, including full-time staff and contracted first-class players.

Cricket Victoria administers the Victorian Bushrangers team and Victorian Premier Cricket, and is also integrated with the Victorian Women's Cricket Association to include funding, programs, office accommodation and staff assistance.

Cricket Victoria's 2017-2022 strategic plan, which is in line with Cricket Australia's strategic plan, is focussed on five key aims;

Our Vision: Victoria's favourite sport and a sport for all Victorians
