Lawrence Mooney's beloved comedy characters are stepping out from the television screen and onto the live stage for one outrageous night at Melbourne's Comedy Theatre.

Known affectionately as the Moonman, Mooney has spent years creating a gallery of memorable personalities, including his famous Malcolm Turnbull impersonation - loved by audiences, if not necessarily by the former Prime Minister himself.

Now, the stars of The Front Bar are joining the party. Expect appearances from AFL mindset coach Dr Tyler Wall, French Chef de Mission Jean Le Camembert and Port Adelaide tragic Gavin Muntberry as they compete for the spotlight in a fast-paced evening of character comedy.

As Mooney juggles his colourful cast of personalities, audiences can expect quick-fire laughs, clever observations and the brilliant character work that has made him one of Australia's favourite comedians.
