Melbourne Private Hospital's contributes to the provision of clinical specialities which complement those of our co-located partner and include cardiac services, advanced general surgery, neurosciences and neurosurgery, specialist medical services, and day procedure and day oncology. These services are supported by a 10 bed intensive care unit, 6 bed neurosurgery intensive nursing unit, 4 operating theatres, 2 angiography suites, an endoscopy suite and a day chemotherapy unit.
The hospital is positioned to both optimise and benefit from the teaching and research experience of its co-located partners and medical specialists, ensuring the hospital is at the forefront of health care developments and service delivery. We provide private facilities to over 350 accrediated private specialists. This volume of high calibre specialists enables our patients to access exceptional clinical expertise.
