SHORT LOCAL RIDES FOR NEWBIES
Join us for a fun, friendly & social ride
Free trial. All ages. Safe routes.

Helping connect community through cycling
Neighbourly Ride helps locals meet on a regular, fun and social ride. Each week is a different route exploring back streets, parks and discovering new things to see and do in the area. We reward riders for regularly participating to help them make positive changes in their lives; gain confidence, feel happier, more connected, exercise more or meet new people.

Sharing the fun of riding
We love the feeling of riding a bike and want to help more people experience the feeling of fun and freedom. We think the best way for people to start riding and gain confidence is by making it social and experiencing rides with others.

A positive difference to lives
Our rides help people make small and positive changes in their lives, encouraging families and friends to spend regular time together, get people moving more and gain confidence riding a bike.

Connected communities
We aim to strengthen neighbourhoods by connecting people of all ages and walks of life through a social ride. An activity where people can make friends and feel welcome, safe and connected. We promote open inclusive discussions before and after the ride.

Environment
We help people reduce their car use by showing them safe routes to nearby shops and services. This enables them to jump on their bike, catch up with local friends and give them skills to commute to work.

Explore your neighbourhood
Discover the hidden gems along safe routes and back roads away from the busy main streets. Meet locals along the way and experience the best of the businesses and destinations in your neighbourhood.
