Melburnians love festivals and there are four great ones this weekend. The Midsumma festival lasts for three weeks as it includes; films, sport, a parade, parties and many other community events. Frankston, Williamstown and Geelong also have festivals for the family. The picture on the right is by Howard Arkley who is able to make mundane suburbia interesting.
