As Melbourne's restrictions ease..
Restaurants bars pubs and cafes reopen - 20 people inside and 50 people outside. Density limits record keeping and Covid-safe plans will apply.
All remaining retail shops and markets will reopen.
Outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people are no longer limited to those from two households.
Personal and beauty services as well as tattooing will return - so long as a face mask can be worn.

Outdoor cinemas are allowed to reopen, with restrictions, just in time for warmer weather. There are drive-ins, garden cinemas, rooftop cinemas, even beach cinemas.
