Platform2 is an exhibition space located in the Campbell Arcade subway at Flinders St Station, Melbourne's suburban rail terminal. Platform now stands as Melbourne's longest running Artist-Run Initiative and on-going public art project.

As Platform Public Contemporary Art Spaces, the organisation primarily operates from Campbell Arcade at Flinders Street Station, and continues to provide support and opportunities for artists to engage with broader audiences through exhibitions, events and programs in public contexts.

To find Platform2 enter Flinders St Station from the Degraves St entrance. Platform2 is open from 6.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Thursday, 6.00am to 9.00pm Friday and from 9.00am until 12.30pm Saturday.

While you're at Platform2 you can also visit the Platform Artists Group office, featuring Sticky, our shop dedicated to artists books, zines and AV works and CuSp, a small exhibition space. At the office you'll find an extensive archive which is provided as a resource to artists, curators and researchers.

The office is staffed from Wednesday through Friday between noon and 6.00pm or call to make an appointment [(03) 9654 8559]. It is located at Shop 10 between Platform2 and the station entrance.

Platform2 is generously supported by the City of Melbourne.

Platform2 was established and developed by Richard Holt and Andrew Seward. Its program of exhibitions and events is curated by Platform Artists Group Inc., a not for profit association.

WE'RE MOVING! Platform will complete programming at the Campbell Arcade site in January 2015 to plan for relocation in mid-2015.
