Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, Quest Fairfax House is an old Victorian style building, transformed to meet the needs of today's corporate or leisure travelers. Quest Fairfax House offers 40 boutique style rooms, fully furnished, self-contained, with personal laundry facilities.

There is onsite car parking but is strictly limited and must be booked directly with Quest Fairfax House reception when reservations are first made or there is no guarantee it will be available on arrival. It is $30 per car per night.
Rooms are serviced daily, except Sundays and public holidays, or when in reservations longer than 7 days.

Quest Fairfax House is in easy walking distance to the shopping & business precincts and a short tram ride to all of Melbourne's most popular attractions including the Melbourne Aquarium, Crown Entertainment Complex, Federation Square, Queen Victoria Markets, and the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Quest Fairfax House operates a strict No Smoking Policy and a No Party Room Policy.

Our Reception hours are 8am - 10pm Monday - Saturday; 8am-6pm Sunday & Public Holidays.

Payment is taken on Booking. Please be aware that the AMEX & Diners cards attract a 1.5% surcharge on all payments. For security reasons we require a Photo ID upon check in and take credit card details and a pre-authorisation per room as a guarantee against the room. We reserve the right to deny check in without valid credit card to guarantee.
