Studios available in this busy artistic environment in an old huge warehouse, amidst 50 other artists, ranging from successful professionals to beginners.

2 studios available, 1 large with 2 skylights, 1 smaller. All studios are also lit by rows of daylight globes for night painting.

We have a Gallery where all artists can show their work to dealers, have an exhibition or just look at a painting in a large space.

David Milne founded Swan Street Studios in 1997, a large first floor warehouse in Richmond

All Studios are LOCK UP and can be accessed 24 HOURS.

Studios ranging from $62 per week to $120 per week, large spaces with windows, smaller with skylights.

Large communal space where we solve the problems of the artistic world! Join other artists for lunch at 12.30 at the huge table, stay on till 5.00 and meet and have a drink and discuss your days work, ask for help or discuss your painting methods, influences and ideas.

Drinks on 1st Monday of each month when we always invite a special guest, perhaps an artist, journalist or gallery director.

We have a Theatre and plays are performed regularly and drama classes conducted.

Kitchens and brush cleaning facilities available. 2 showers and bathrooms.

Close to train station and tram stops right outside.
