The 78 Storey Treehouse, a children's book by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton, has beaten records to become the fastest ever-selling Australian book, according to Australia's two biggest book retailers.
The book sold more than 3000 copies on its first day of sale at Dymocks stores, which was 40 per cent higher than Griffiths' and Denton's previous book, The 65 Storey Treehouse.
