The Groove Train story began on the streets of Melbourne in 1998 the idea was created on the foresight of Rocky Veneziano, where he envisioned a quality taste alternative to the mainstream fast food eateries. The Groove Train was to be light on the wallet of the average pedestrian, loaded with flavor and signed with a standard of service that would later become a Groove Train legacy.
