The sophisticated and extensive cocktail list is accentuated by a delectable tapas menu, a variety of on-tap selections and the house special Red Hummingbird Signature Cocktail. We are licensed 7 days a week & have the option to trade until 3am on a Friday & Saturday night. Perhaps consider us for an after dark party! We can be flexible with our open times & quite often in summer we host corporate Christmas functions of an afternoon from midday onwards.
The Red Hummingbird has the capacity to accommodate 150 patrons both seated and standing across both levels. We have a wonderful, young & energetic bar team that are passionate about the venue, cocktails & our customers.
