A casual lil' bar in Melbourne city serving up the finest cocktails, craft beers and the odd exquisite delicacy from exotic far eastern lands.
We are restless creators: constantly evolving drink menus, inventing strange and wonderful new flavours for your mouth hole and bending rules as we twist and reshape the classics, utilising and supporting Australia's glorious local suppliers.. All under the watchful eye of Mr. Bill Murray.
We take our craft (but certainly not ourselves) seriously. Drawing on inspiration and power from the golden ananas, we try our very best to provide a great atmosphere in which to sip top class drinks without the hoity-toity bar tender cliches.
Rooftop Gin Garden
The rooftop is a relaxed gin garden, stocking roughly 300 versions of the spirit; an appropriate counterbalance to the rum-focused, modern tiki-bar downstairs.
