Vinh Vinh is a fantastic place for Vietnamese on Victoria Street, or anywhere in Melbourne for that matter. The staff are charming and we have always found them to be efficient and friendly.
Some call it Richmond, some call it Abbotsford, given its on the north side of Victoria street then it technically its in Abbotsford, but given its heart is in little Vietname, then its in Richmond.
The laksa is to die for... + Vegetarian Vietnamese Coleslaw, Grilled chicken with rice, Special Fried Rice, Salt and Pepper Squid and all other Viet dishes.
