Westgate Punt
The Westgate Punt is a ferry service that runs between Science Works jetty, Spotswood Jetty & Westgate Landing (Lorimer St Low Landing), Lorimer St Port Melbourne under the West Gate Bridge.
The service provides pedestrians and cyclists with an easy and stress-free way to get across the Yarra River without travelling via the West Gate Bridge.

Cyclists can even take their bikes on board the ferry and make full use of popular cycling paths from Port Melb into the city and Bay and into Williamstown and beyond.
Spotswood Jetty (Melways ref: 55 C1) is located on Douglas Parade, near the corner of Craig Street, and is a short walk from Spotswood Station.
Westgate Landing is located on Lorimer Street, near the corner of Sardine Street. Bus Route 237 stops nearby on Lorimer Street and runs into the city.
EFTPOS Only. No Cash or Myki cards.
The Westgate Punt does not operate on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or Good Friday.
Weekday Timetable: Monday to Friday
The weekday fare is $3.00 per crossing.

Weekend Fares $5.00 one way.
The weekend service runs on demand (you turn up, we take you across) between the hours of, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
Westgate punt links the Bay Trail West bike trail to the Bay Trail.
Note: West Gate Bridge is three words. Westgate Punt is two words
