15,000 people will join together and stand on the MCG in the shape of a Pink Lady to represent the number of women and men who will be told they have breast cancer in 2014.

Everyone is welcome to participate - partners, supporters, friends, survivors.

Ballarat Aprons Festival


Welcome to the inaugural showcase of all things apron!

The festival will include a competition, workshops, vintage apron display, afternoon tea and more!

The Apron Festival will be held in St Patrick's Cathedral Hall, Dawson Street South, on 10 and 11 May 2014 as part of the Ballarat Heritage weekend.

Prepare to Parent presents Meet a Paediatrician and Meet Cord Blood Banking.

An opportunity to meet with those specialists involved in your pregnancy and postnatal care and have your questions answered.

Meet a Paediatrician is presented by a private paediatrician and explains when and how they help you.

Find out about characteristics and behaviours of the newborn and how to recognise an unwell baby at home. This session is designed to attend prior to delivery to complement your preparation for the postnatal period. Any time from 26 weeks to 36 weeks of pregnancy is an ideal time to attend.

Sleep at the 'G


It's time to unroll your sleeping bags once again! Sleep overnight at the MCG and help end youth homelessness with Melbourne City Mission.

Every night, there are over 6,000 young people in Victoria aged 12-25 who have nowhere to call home.

Melbourne City Mission works with these young people through its homelessness services and supports them to move away from a life of disadvantage. Sleep at the 'G is an event aimed at raising awareness and vital funds to tackle the issue of youth homelessness.

By purchasing a ticket to sleep overnight at one of the world's most iconic stadiums, and inviting your friends and family to join or sponsor you, you'll be showing your support for Victorian young people experiencing disadvantage.

The night kicks off from 5pm. Grab your free cardboard box mattress, pillow and beanie and set up your bed for the night on the MCG concourse.

The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz

WICKED, the spellbinding and spectacular hit musical, tells the untold story of the legendary witches from L. Frank Baum's classic, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

When Dorothy famously triumphed in Oz, we only ever heard one side of the story. Gregory Maguire's 1995 novel, Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, brings to life the captivating, surprising tale of how a misunderstood, green girl named Elphaba became 'wicked' but her unlikely friend, Glinda, became 'good'.
