This week there's a few great flavours to be had with festivals celebrating Irish, Dutch and Indonesian cultures. The Bright Autumn Festival makes its return along with the Daylesford Macedon Harvest Festival, each of which offers up a fine program of culinary delights and open days.
The Bendigo Queer Film Festival returns for one last, grand hurrah in its tenth year, while also further afield there's the Apollo Bay Music Festival.

KLM Dutch Orange Day, taking place at Queensbridge Square in Southbank, celebrates Queen Beatrix's birthday by showcasing the traditional food, folklore and music of Holland. Indonesia Street Festival, held at Queen Victoria Market and presented by Alive Group to celebrate Kartini Day, will showcase the best of Indonesia's rich culture and fabulous customs with food, traditional art displays and vibrant live entertainment. Bright Autumn Festival celebrates the vibrant colours and produce in the valleys of Victoria's High Country with special events held in the township of Bright. Daylesford Macedon Harvest Festival celebrates the best growers, provedores, chefs, restaurateurs and vignerons of the Daylesford Macedon Ranges region. Coastal Craics
Apollo Bay Music Festival, one of the most celebrated music events in Victoria and now in its 21st year, features a diverse mix of music with guests that include Skunkhour, Kingfisha, Hiatus Kaiyote, Jordie Lane, Woohoo Revue and other great guests in a program that also features markets, food stalls and more. Koroit Irish Festival celebrates Irish heritage with music, poetry, dancing, singing and more. Bendigo's Big Tenth

The Sum of Its Parts is an exhibition of works by Ben Howe responding to the evolving relationship of the human body and its environment. Featuring paintings that depict ghostly impressions of individuals and crowds in transit along with bone structures made of clay, the exhibition is held at Metro Gallery in Malvern. One Sugar Plum or Two?
The Nutcracker brings to Melbourne the ageless tale of bravery and dreams in a performance that features one of Tchaikovsky's most recognisable and enduring music scores ever written. Like a Swan on a Wire
Swan Dive, held at St Kilda's Theatre Works, is a new play in verse, a living novel and an homage to music. With themes as old as the human condition itself, the production is inspired by the diversely different writings of Leonard Cohen and Ani DiFranco. Created by and featuring Julia Sutherland, it's directed by Paul Watson. When:April 26 to May 4
Ginger and Tonic, an a cappella group specialising in fun, original arrangements of well-known pop songs, will be performing at Revolt Artspace in Kensington. With percussion, melody and lyrics all delivered via vocals, their special show will bid farewell to their member Sarah while also welcoming new arrival Carena. Toasty Babe Calendar Launch, presented by Fresh Toast Collective, will be a launch like no other with performances by favourite toasty babes, calendar signings and more.
