This week the toe-tapping tunes spill beyond the city as Melbourne International Jazz Festival is joined by Winter Jazz Festival in Mornington.
Coburg Carnivale celebrates the community spirit with a week of entertainment, and across the long weekend there's a great range of events including the Australian Burlesque Festival, National Celtic Festival in Portarlington and Woodend Winter Arts Festival.
