Work Club Melbourne |
Set in the heart of the highly regarded Collins Street in the Royal Bank Chambers building, Work Club Melbourne is close to transport, premium retail, cafes and restaturant entertainment.
The largest Work Club site at 700m2, it easily accommodates individual members or small teams of 1-3 working collaboratively or individually, in open and private spaces which are thoughtfully differentiated between high energy, ambient and quieter areas.
Each piece of furniture has been carefully chosen from a handful of craftsmen across Europe by Work Club's Danish founder, Soren. Walnut shelving in the library by Dessi complements the vintage leather topped tables, which are softly lit by hand-dipped, brass Heerenhuis lamps.
A solid, round African walnut table on a single base commands attention in the second boardroom, where black leather and dark timber chairs bring a sense of occasion.
Private Offices
Housed in Work Club's signature steel, our private offices seat individuals or teams of up to two people. Fully furnished with carefully curated European designs, these offices boast the comfort and security you expect with the additional bonus of access to meeting rooms, training rooms, a licenced on-site bar and weekly events.
Meeting Rooms
There are five individual meeting rooms, ranging from interview and consulting rooms for two and four, an executive meeting room for six, to the impressive steel and glass fronted boardroom that seats 12 around a 100 year old table created from ancient Danish wharves and a multi-configuration training room.
Private Work Spaces
Enjoy privacy for telephone or Skype calls in the phone booths; engage with clients, colleagues or co-workers in the club lounge. Emulating the colours and textures of traditional members' clubs, Work Club offers a modern take with custom made 1920s lounges created by Dessi, lamps from Anour and a Carrera marble floor in subtle grey and white tiles that honours the original art deco style of the building. The limited edition furniture is a personal passion of Soren and creates a unique ambiance that members enjoy throughout day and night.
Reflection Areas
Created specifically for meetings and events, the generous club space is Work Club's hive for collaboration, conversation and great coffee. The licensed bar serves food and beverage from 4pm Wednesday - Friday. Adjacent to the club space and unusual for a CBD space, Work Club has a balcony overlooking Elizabeth Street offering seating for 24 at two limestone tables.
Location
Close to Flinders Street station, eclectic laneways and in the heart of major retail, Work Club offers a unique social space and outdoor area overlooking historic architecture on Elizabeth Street.
