The Y-House Foundation is a non-profit, charitable institution set up to benefit the growing needs of young people living in aged care.
The Y-House Foundation is committed to raising funds for the provision of long term housing for young people with physical disabilities and limitations, rendering them unable to live at home, alone or outside of aged care. The Y-House Foundation has future plans to provide these young people with a vibrant and stimulating 'home' environment with people their own age to further enhance their quality of life.
Over 6,400 young people Australia wide are currently living in aged care. Donate to The Y-House Foundation to help us change that statistic.
